RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

You can return merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date. Before you return any merchandise, you must contact us to receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN). If you do not have this number, we cannot accept your returned merchandise. The merchandise must be unused, unopened, and include all the original parts and manuals. When returning an order, please include a copy of your email or physical receipt. You must also include a completed Return/Exchange Form which will be included with your Return Authorization Number in an email you receive from us.

Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. Your return shipment must be made via a carrier that provides tracking information (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or Insured Mail).

Damaged/Missing Items

Upon the arrival of your order, please inspect all of the products immediately. You must inform us of any defective, damaged, or missing products within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at support@aquatroninc.com.  If a product is damaged or missing, ALL boxes and packaging materials must be saved for carrier inspection prior to our approval for shipping replacement products.

Exchange Policy

The above return policy also applies to exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your filters for different filters of equal or greater value, we will waive the 15% processing fee. We will apply your entire initial payment minus the original shipping costs towards your second order. Shipping charges (and sales tax for CA residents) will apply to the second order. If your new order is not of equal or greater value, restocking fees will apply to the entire order.

Store Credit

If you do not immediately know what you want in exchange, we can issue Store Credit to be used within one year. All above return and exchange policies apply but allow you more time to choose the products you need.

Canceled Orders Policy

We ship most orders same-day or within one business day. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order.

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return your order in accordance with the above return policy.

Refused Shipments or Undeliverable Address

If you refuse delivery of a shipment or provide an undeliverable address as your shipping address and your package is returned to us, you will be credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. Alternatively, you may pay the cost to reship the product and provide any needed updates to your shipping address and/or shipping method.

Special Order Items

Special order items are not returnable.

Out of Stock / Back Order:
Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

Security Policy:
We value the trust you place in Aquatron, Inc. and we want you to be aware of the safeguards we have in place to respect your privacy. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly difficult to decipher code, which is processed immediately. In addition, we employ an outside company to "audit" our security and make sure it is trustworthy.


When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. A key or a closed lock will appear in the lower left hand corner of your screen to notify you of this change. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.
