Outstanding performance is achieved by using a replaceable 1.0 micron Solid Carbon Block filter cartridge. This cartridge removes particulates as small as 1.0 micron and filters chlorine taste and odor, sediment, rust, and particulate matter for sweet, clear, better tasting water. Filter is recommended to be changed once every six months for the best water quality. It is not safe to use this system in areas with microbiological contaminants. The installation is very easy. Diverter valve connects quickly and easily to your existing kitchen faucet. This unit is a perfect fit for travel, hotels, RV’s and boats.

Installation Instructions
Diverter Valve
Remove old faucet aerator and replace with diverter valve/aerator. Be sure to use supplied “O” rings to prevent leakage. After installing diverter valve, run cold water through the filter for 15-20 minutes to flush out the system. This water filter system is designed to filter cold water ONLY. The AQM 100 is designed for annual or semiannual filter replacement.
Filter Replacement
To change the filters, unscrew the base from the housing, using the enclosed housing
wrench, if necessary. After disassembly, it is more convenient to hold the unit upside down
and place the filter in the long, top part of the housing. Smear a little Vaseline on
the filter element “O” ring and place it in the groove in the top of the housing. Then,
screw the housing to the base, while holding the unit upside-down. After assembly, use
the housing wrench to tighten the unit GENTLY. Do not over-tighten. Run cold water
through the system for 15-20 minutes.
